Readiness holds an application until the identity, design, and document items your program requires are present and verified by a person.

Nameplate, inverter model, battery capacity, and account numbers are tied to the plan set, spec sheet, or bill they came from, and AI cross checks them against those documents before submission. Two verified sources that disagree are resolved by a person, not papered over.

Status text from your portal or correspondence is recorded exactly as you stated it and mapped to a stage by a person. It is never paraphrased into something you did not say.

Each request for correction is a stage with an owner, a clock, and a resubmission event. A returned application is a closed loop, not a new email thread.

No invented rules about your program

Program requirements enter GridProjeX from a source and carry a verification state. Unverified requirements are labeled as such and never enforced silently. Nothing is fabricated to fill a gap.

So that an installer cannot cite GridProjeX as authority for a rule you never published.

AI verification of the application against its own documents is the next step, so that what reaches your reviewers has already been cross checked and the reviewer's hours go to judgment, not transcription. When your program wants a direct connection for status or submission, GridProjeX will build it with your team, against your published requirements, and will publish a verified rule pack for your program only once your organization confirms it.
