GridProjeX is the console your interconnection and permitting coordinators work from. It does not replace your utility or county portal accounts. It makes sure what goes into them is complete, records what came back, and shows your whole office where every project really stands.

The live console with a fictional demo project.
Every benefit below is a thing your coordinators do today by memory, spreadsheet, or a portal tab left open. GridProjeX gives it a place, an owner, and an audit trail.
Readiness scores each part of the project, identity, design, documents, utility application, permit, on data completeness and tells you what is missing before anything leaves.
Utility, permit office, and installation move independently, side by side, with the next allowed step and the evidence it requires. Milestones on one track gate steps on another.
System size, inverter model, battery capacity, account number: each is tied to the document it came from and to the person who verified it. AI reads the documents and cross checks the values first, so your coordinator confirms instead of retypes. When two sources disagree, a person decides and the decision is recorded.
Battery add ons, inverter swaps, expansions, and generator additions carry existing and resulting sizes, the existing interconnection agreement, and the notice or modification path the change calls for.
Conflicts to decide, documents to classify, missing data, unmapped utility wording, breached clocks. Not a wall of notifications, and nothing that a normal future step would trigger.
Every project carries a homeowner view in plain language: what phase, who holds it, whether anything is needed from them, and when the next step is expected.

GridProjeX is being tested with its first installer on real projects before anyone else gets a login. We are not onboarding new installers, utilities, or homeowners yet. If you want to hear when the beta opens, tell CivyxIQ who you are.
